NutritionYou can call us basic (mostly Wide Foot Jarrett and his pumpkin-ass self), but we love fall. We’re not talkin’ PSLs and pumpkin carving, we’re talking cool weather and marathon season. The holiest day of the Baltimore running calendar is in the fall (i.e. the Baltimore Running Festival), and you best believe we celebrate. You know who else celebrates? A little New England brand called Tracksmith. It’s the perfect chance to bust out some sleeves, some tights, and even some half tights for those in-between days.
There’s a good chance some of our picks will be familiar. We’ve written about Tracksmith a hundred thousand times, and we still have a few pieces of clothing that have stuck around for years. Seriously, Thomas has a Brighton Base Layer that’s about to graduate third grade. Robbe just wore his for a week straight and it still doesn’t smell… we think. No, Tracksmith gear doesn’t come cheap, but it’s made to last. You can’t go wrong with any of these options, well, unless you’re wearing full tights and jackets in the heat of summer, but that’s a discussion for another day.
Let’s get on to the fall-ready selections.
NOTE: We may make a small commission from some of the shop links below, so if you pick up anything from the list, thanks for helping us out!
GOOD FOR: 50 to 65-degree daily training
$78
Fall doesn’t have to mean long sleeves, sometimes, short ones will still fit the bill. The Tracksmith Harrier Tee is perfect for those not-quite-summer, not-quite-winter days — October, I guess you could say. It’s a short-sleeve Merino top, which means it’s thick enough to keep you cozy when you’re up before the sun, but the wool helps regulate heat. We’ll say this a lot, but there are a ton of colors to pick from, so you could easily get a Harrier Tee for every day of the week. Another perk of merino is that you don’t have to wash it daily—score one for the lazy Robbe Raccoons among us.
GOOD FOR: 30 to 50-degree daily training and long runs
$88
If there’s one piece of Tracksmith gear you absolutely, positively should buy, it’s the Brighton Base Layer. We mentioned that Thomas has one coming up on its sixth-grade graduation, and we’re not kidding. It’s a go-to for the entire team thanks to the chef’s kiss mix of comfort and odor resistance (hello, Merino blend). You can, and we do, wear it for several runs between washes without feeling like you’re stankin’ up Whole Foods. The Brighton Base Layer features an open knit across the chest, right above the sash, with tighter knit through the sleeves and below the sash to keep you cozy.
GOOD FOR: 30 to 40-degree runs or as a casual long-sleeve shirt
$98
Stickin’ with the sleeves, the Offroads Long Sleeve is an excellent pick if you like to spend fall on the wild side. It’s trail ready with a blend of Merino and Tencel, and you might find that you wear it when you’re not running, too. Don’t worry, the colorways this year are brighter than the “shoot me” camo that Robbe is wearing above. We recommend you keep the Tracksmith Offroads long sleeve for colder days, as it’s easy to layer underneath the slightly loose fit. If you dip down into the 20-degree range, you could pair it with fava beans and a nice Chianti — I mean a Brighton Base Layer.
GOOD FOR: Short runs in the 55-degree range
$55
If the weather’s in the 50s or you were born in the 1950s, the Grayboy is probably gonna be a favorite of yours. It’s made of cotton, so you gotta wear it like you just don’t care. The Grayboy is probably Tracksmith’s least performance-oriented top, but it’s still a banger. You can choose from a few simple colors, each adorned with the signature Tracksmith hare logo, and it pairs with just about anything. We like to pop the Grayboy on for shorter runs, somewhere around 3 to 5 miles, because we sweat through just about anything longer.
GOOD FOR: Cold speed workouts
$78 (Reggie), $68 (Lane Five)
You either wear half tights for cold speed workouts, or you’re doing it wrong. Those are our two cents, at least. Tracksmith has different options for men and women, but the basics are the same. The Reggie and the Lane Five are made from the signature Inverno Blend, which stretches along with you but refuses to ride up. The Reggie Half Tights have become my preference on race day, whether it’s fall or not. There are seven colors to choose from right now, and it seems like we get new options with the seasons. Honestly, the only difference between the Reggie and the Lane Five is the length — thus the price difference.
GOOD FOR: Pretty much everything from 20 to 45 degrees
$128
We’ve been informed that it will eventually be too cold for shorts and half tights, but we’re holding on for as long as we can. When that day does come around, we’ll reach into our drawers and pull out our trusty Turnover Tights. We sing the praises of the Turnover Tight year after year, and to be honest, we almost celebrate the first day of the season we can bust these out. The comfort level is off the charts, with infinite flexibility for any type of workout you can throw at it. It’s just the right balance of warmth without generating too much heat, and as long as you’re not in the northernmost parts of the world, it should take care of you for most of your fall running (and maybe most of your winter).
GOOD FOR: Those of us who really, really want to keep wearing shorts
$68
Yeah, we just got done saying how excited we are to wear tights again, but we know there are some maniacs out there. This one is for those who want to wear shorts until their legs turn ice-queen blue. I’m not sure how blue that is, but I’d imagine Arya Stark tried to stab it in the Godswood. Anyway, the Van Cortlandt Grand Shorts are like a dressed-up version of the classic Van Cortlandt with an extra trim to them. You can basically reach for these any time the Mercury is slightly higher because the 4:09 mesh can do no wrong.
GOOD FOR: Days when you want something heavier than just a Brighton Base Layer
$128
We’re not the biggest jacket people, but that’s only because we’re pretty sure that sweet baby Brighton can do it all. If you consider yourself a jacket person, Tracksmith has you covered, because of course they do. The Session Jacket is the upper body counterpart to Tracksmith’s Session Shorts, so it’s light as a feather but definitely warmer than one. We like that it’s stretchy but simple, and it looks pretty good when you’re not running. The micro-mesh side panels are a nice touch, not quite as stink-proof as merino, but a good boost in the breathability department.
GOOD FOR: Rain, duh
$248
For a jacket that’s not waterproof, the price is a little steep. But the details and thoughtfulness of the jacket may justify it. From the drop split tail to the appropriately-placed air vents, the jacket was surely made for runners. And while it’s not totally waterproof, it will repel light rain without overheating its insides. Bonus points for an excellent pack-in-the-pocket system with a red and white Tracksmith elastic band for carrying on the run.
One caveat: the fit is a little weird, at least in our men’s small. Just a bit loose and maybe just a tad too long, but hey — you’ll stay cool on the run.
GOOD FOR: Feelin’ your fingers after a run, and during a run, too
$38
One last Tracksmith pick for fall is a pair of Harrier Gloves. I don’t know how much reason you need other than it’s better to feel your fingers than not feel them, isn’t it? The Harrier Gloves are inspired by the pair of painter’s gloves that Bill Rodgers used to wear, but they’re classed up with the Merino blend that we love so much. It’s a simple design featuring a solid color of your choice and a hare logo on the back of each hand, so there’s no way it could go wrong.

NutritionStealth fashion has been the trend over the past year, but nobody has done quiet run fashion more loudly than Path Projects. Think small logos on shirts and shorts, with the work done behind the scenes telling the story of the fit and function.
Apparel piece by apparel piece, one customer at a time, Path Projects has steadily built a brand built on quality and performance. One that appeals to athletes of all varieties– from runners to gym goers to dads just hanging out.
They’re one of our favorite brands, and though they’ve been around for nearly a decade, they’re just getting started.
RUNNING/LIFESTYLE
We’ll start out with the best. We’ve highlighted this short year after year, and it remains the undisputed crossover champ of running and easy living. Whether it’s used with the Path Projects liner system for runs or worn as a casual short all the other times, it’s the quintessential summer short– lightweight, quick-drying, plenty of storage pockets, and cut perfectly. A relaxed version is also available; both fits feature lengths from 5”-9” in several colorways.
RUNNING/LIFESTYLE
What if you took our all-time favorite shorts and made it into a jacket? Then you’d have this. Super comfortable, wind and water resistant, and lightweight, the Graves PX also packs into a hand pocket and features an engineered hood construction to stay on while running. Also, it looks pretty great, so you can wear it for anything this spring.
LIFESTYLE
An all-new member of the Path Projects family, the 8.5” Boreas Field Short is meant for more rugged adventures. It’s Path’s take on ripstop– a Toray Dot Air Primeflex which lets air in and keeps water out while maintaining a built-in stretch. The end result is a pair of shorts designed for hot and humid environments, for all active pursuits and daily activities.
SOCKS
New for Path Projects, the Joyner Crew sock (as well as the Joyner ankle sock) is designed to provide cushion and support over long adventures. A Coolmax polyester yarn keeps the feet as dry and possible, while a left/right fitting makes sure you’re getting the most out of the fit.
LIFESTYLE/RUNNING
Whether you wear it as an under tee, a lifestyle tee, or a performance tee, the Basis works in all conditions. Made from a proprietary Tencelite T19 Jersey, the shirt is lightweight and moisture-wicking, and is just the right cut so that it’s not too tight or too loose.

Adding Your Signature Touch
Now that you’ve covered the essentials, it’s time to make your kitchen uniquely yours.

NutritionGenerally speaking, oatmeal isn’t the best snack to transport. It has the tendency to get real soupy, and whenever we try and put it in our pockets, it ends up going down our pant legs, making quite the mess. Turns out, it’s not as transportable as Napoleon Dynamite’s tots.
However, it also turns out that with a few ingredients and an oven, you can have pocket oatmeal in no time. We’re talking about turning regular ol’ oatmeal into oatmeal cookies. But not just any oatmeal– we’re talking about Kodiak Peak Oatmeal, specifically designed to meet the needs of endurance athletes.
Kodiak is sponsoring both The Drop and Fuel for the Sole podcasts this October and we’ve been enjoying their Peak Oatmeal, which comes in three really great flavors. However, as avid snack lovers in the middle of marathon training, we wondered if we could use the oatmeal to make a great “with-morning-coffee” or mid-afternoon snack. One that can be transported via pocket.
So we ripped open a few packets of the Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal and did some experimentation. The end result? A delicious, healthy, and protein-packed treat to keep those fuel stores topped off during peak training periods.
This is what you can do with your oatmeal
Kodiak Peak Oatmeal packets
Mix it all up.
This is what they look like before they hit the oven.
That’s it! You’ve got a delicious snack.

NutritionTAYLOR: It’s that time of year when the warmer temps and bustling birds get you daydreaming about long days in the woods. You know, the runs when your body and mind ebb and flow with the trail. When putting one foot in front of the other is your only aim, and stopping is on the other end of your cerebral spectrum. Peace of mind goes a long way when you’re deep into such days. Having the right gear can be what separates your tranquil trodding from questioning your desires.
Camelbak hopes to keep runners in nirvana with the Apex Pro Run vest. It’s more than the run-of-the-mill hydration pack — this particular pack has had some serious amounts of testing and tech put into it. Besides the well-thought-out pockets and fit, two key components separate the Apex Pro Run Vest from others on the market. One of those is the recently popular pole quiver. As of late, they’re hotter than Uncle Jim’s flapjacks — everyone wants one and this pack has it.
What I was actually more curious about was the use of RECCO technology in a pack. Excuse me for getting morbid, but I happen to live in an area where far too many accidents happen, and death is often the result. As much as you tell yourself, “That won’t be me,” I’d be remiss to think that I’m immune. RECCO is that if-and-when measure that can be a life-saving difference.
Read on for all the deets.
REESE: The Apex Pro Run Vest was crafted by athletes, for athletes, drawing on insights and enduring miles of testing to ensure it can withstand the toughest races and conditions. I’m not talking about your average ultra or even modestly hard 100-mile race. I’m talking Hardrock 100, UTMB, Cocodona 250, etc. Offered in four sizes, its apparel-like fit and four-way stretch materials deliver an optimized feel for a wide range of runners.
The Apex Pro Run Vest features RECCO technology for searchability by rescue professionals. It’s also practically limitless when it comes to storage. On top of the many pockets, the tiny whistle, and the numerous bungy cords for external gear storage, the vest also has a deployable, removable trekking pole quiver. It keeps essentials secure and dry with a water-resistant zippered pocket and stretch overflow pockets while also providing ample space for refueling and hydration needs. The Apex Pro comes equipped with two 17 oz. Quick Stow Flasks, but you’ll have to provide your own hydration reservoir (up to 2L capacity).
TAYLOR: I almost never bring more than a waist belt and phone on a run under two hours. To put the Camelbak Apex Pro Vest to the test, I brought it out on wintery peak bagging missions and long runs when I needed more than the typical load. We’re talking jackets, nutrition, full bottles, crampons, and the like.
REESE: I tested the Apex Pro Run Vest on a few runs, ranging from nine to 13 miles. I carried a jacket in the pack and stowed my keys, snacks, and cell phone. I alternated between using both flasks and just one. However, before I could test out the pole quiver, a front buckle fell off, making it impossible to run with anymore. I wish I had tested that feature out, as well as tested out if it was a heat sink in hot temps or chafed while just wearing a sports bra as a top. Alas.
TAYLOR: Sizing was a little bit of a concern for me. According to my chest size, I fell into a small, even though I am a true medium in just about every piece of clothing and gear across other brands. I went with it, though. Initially, I thought I made a mistake as the vest is more compact, but it turns out Camelbak’s sizing is pretty accurate. I could have gone with a medium and had a bit of extra material to work with or gone with the small and fine-tuned the fit at the ends of the rope. If you happen to fall between a couple of sizes, either has the adjustability to satisfy your needs.
The Apex Pro Vest made it simple to adjust across the chest. A hook and loop system along the shoulder straps allowed for moving buckles up and down as needed. What I liked best about this system is that it was simple and it stayed put, unlike the rail system that many other vests rely on.
After that, the four-way stretch airy mesh and broader pocketed straps did their job of settling in around my body. I didn’t feel any constriction after adjusting to my liking, nor was there any bagginess. A hug is a very appropriate descriptor. This vest rides on the upper back, giving a true zero-bounce feeling, even with a fully loaded pack. There are very few vests on the market that have found that seemingly magical balance of being able to carry a lot without hindering performance, and the Camelbak Apex Pro Vest is one of them.
REESE: Clocking in at five-foot-two, I’m not a tall person. I’ve always struggled to find a pack that fits me well. To set the scene, an XS in The North Face’s Summit Series Race Day Vest 8 and an XS in the Arc’teryx Norvan 7 vest mostly fit, but as soon as the bottles get low, the packs bounce around a lot. The Apex Pro pack isn’t as minimal as those vests, covering much of my torso, which is good and bad.
Due to the size of the pack, it says in place. But it also comes down to the middle of my lower back and the width of the shoulder straps is a bit oversized. However, while testing, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt. I had to cinch down the chest straps to the absolute max for it to work for me. It’s a relatively large pack but is lighter than it looks. And despite it being a bit too large in some areas, it stayed in place, even with half-empty water flasks or just one flask. The pack didn’t bounce or cause any chafing. It was comfortable in cooler temps, but I’d be curious to run with this in the heat of the summer.
TAYLOR: This is where things get fun with running vests. The Camelbak Apex Pro Vest has a very familiar pocket setup, but what’s different is its interpretation of size and accessibility.
For example, this vest has a layered pocket system on each of the shoulder straps and under the arms. Bottle pockets up top carry their 17oz Quick Stow bottles with no bounce what-so-ever. Below those pockets are two more of matching size. One is closer to the body with a pouch style opening and the other is in front with a large zipper. Both are large enough for a few gels, a buff, or a pair of gloves. Because they’re close to the body and reach under the arm, bulky or firm items might not be the most comfortable.
My phone fit most comfortably in one of the bottle pockets, but the star of the show is on the back. Camelbak’s rear pocket contains its own layering of accommodating openings and a detachable pole quiver. I think most people will be intrigued by the detachable pole quiver, as it’s attached via strong buttons at both the top and bottom, so wielding and sheathing poles was easy.
That said, carrying poles in the quiver wasn’t as cohesive of an experience as the rest of the vest. If the poles weren’t specifically fastened, there was some bouncing that occurred. They also slung over the side of the vest and semi-annoyingly tapped me on the shoulder. At the same time, once I got in a rhythm, I forgot about the quiver for long periods of running. The quiver did the trick for an easy option to carry poles. If it’s not preferred, simply take off the quiver and carry them via a bungee system on the front.
Beyond that is a main compartment with a diagonal zipper that was large enough for many liters worth of goods. For my testing I threw the jacket in the bladder sleeve, an extra pair of gloves, a pair of microspikes, and a small tripod all in the main compartment without thinking twice about it. There was still plenty of room left in a sleeve-like pocket at the bottom of the pack (which is also sizable enough to hold a light jacket).
The last waterproof zippered pocket was large enough for my phone and Garmin Inreach Mini.
REESE: I feel like I only used about half the storage capacity of this pack — I probably need to quit my job and go on some huge adventure to test this thing to its limits. Seriously, I would wager you could stow at least 12 packs of Pop Tarts in the back pocket alone (Not that I’ve tested). Again, the front buckle fell off before I could do some serious testing, but I was impressed by how much this pack could carry and how secure it felt. Even with one front flask and my phone in the front storage pocket, everything remained secure and unbothersome. I would have liked to have tried using a back bladder with it because for some reason I’m the only person on the planet who hates front water flasks.
TAYLOR: It may seem like versatile is a pretty loose word that I’ve used in a lot of reviews lately, but that’s just the world we live in. So many products can be used for a wide range of runs because of the emphasis on flexibility. The Camelbak Apex Pro Vest is certainly a versatile option in the hydration vest game because it combines a lot of qualities we previously had to choose between.
We’ve already discussed the myriad of pocket options that could hold more than needed for most runs. Even better, the fit is dialed and consistent enough that even a fully loaded pack was a satisfying running experience. Heck, I went on runs where I only had a bottle and phone up front. Most packs would require something in the rear pockets to balance, but the Apex Pro Vest didn’t. So, going light is just as positive of an experience as taking it all, making this an option for an everyday vest if desired too. Where it shines is in the backcountry or long race scenarios because of the comfort, cargo, and lightweight construction.
RECCO technology is what really sets this pack apart in terms of modern technology. It’s an advancement that the trail running scene has needed to take from other mountain sports. Essentially, it works in that the small bar on top of the pack can be detected like a beacon. Then, rescue crews can zero in on the beacon to find you before they can actually see you. Of course, it doesn’t replace a distress signal or active survival techniques but RECCO will improve rescue response time. That is what makes the difference between a crazy story and an extremely sad one.
RECCO has been successful in the snowsport space and this is an exciting advancement for running. As said before, just this past year, we had a handful of deaths simply because rescue crews couldn’t zero on where the person was located before it was too late. One of those stories was a trail runner. RECCO is a form of communication that athletes would not need to send a stress signal or actively deploy. In worst case scenarios, it’s already doing the work. Best case, it’s more peace of mind.
REESE: I mean, the storage is second to none. This is a pretty specific use case kind of pack, not a run around on the bike path kind of pack (though I did wear it on the bike path.). The RECCO technology was a cool feature that I hope no one who gets this pack will ever need since if someone is using it to locate you, something has gone super wrong.
This pack comes with a lot of bungy cords all over the place, which is great for storing poles if you aren’t using the quiver, but if not using they just bounce around. But thankfully Camelbak made those removable. (I removed all of them.) The biggest issue I had was simply the length of the pack. And of course, the fact that the front buckle fell off somewhere between taking it off at the trailhead and bringing it into my house seems like a design flaw rather than a user error.
TAYLOR: By now I hope you understand that the Camelbak Apex Pro Vest is a top tier running pack. It’s not entirely different from many others on the market. Because of how light it is, its ability to pack more than you think it should, and superior fit I will personally grab for this any time I need a pack in the future. It’s versatile enough to want to take on long adventures and a variety of races. Even better, the pole quiver is always a possible add-on for long adventures. Better again is the presence of RECCO technology for the just-in-case scenarios that we all put ourselves into every time we step into the backcountry.
REESE: The Apex Pro Run Vest is not your everyday driver kind of pack, which Camelbak certainly leaned into. I think it’s well designed and the ability to store so much water and gear makes it the perfect pack for big days in the backcountry. I’m bummed that the buckle fell off, I would have loved to use this pack this summer in the mountains here in Colorado, where the weather can turn quickly, and having a dry jacket and warm gear is pretty essential.

NutritionBRANDON: Alright, alright, I know. I’ll be the first to admit it — this isn’t your typical running shoe review. In fact, I probably won’t mention shoes at all. But hold up, what about the other aspects of your day-to-day life? A good commuter pack or travel backpack can go a long way in making life easier. Luckily for you, Moment offers tons of lifestyle and creator-focused high-end travel bags for any occasion. I’m going to take you through a few packs and accessories that you might need for your next adventure. Oh, and bonus points if you’re a content creator and looking for a bag that has all manner of specialty pockets for your endless supply of gear.
Before we go any further, let me just start by stating that I’ve tested all of these bags and pieces. They all work great and fit nicely into my everyday workflow. If you don’t know much about Moment, you should learn quickly because their gear is top quality. Alright, let’s deep dive into something a little different than we’re used to.
BRANDON: This minimal daypack is perfect for anyone looking for a stylish urban commuter pack. The bag is meant for that on-the-go person who’s constantly moving from place to place. This bag is perfect for days when you need to hit the gym, go work at a coffee shop, or even to pack your running gear for evening miles. The bag has a 17L capacity which means it holds all of the essentials and doesn’t allow for any overpacking — something I fall victim to way too often. If 17L isn’t enough space, Moment does offer a 21L option for some more storage capacity.
The Moment MTW Backpack does come in a few different colors, but the Clay version is far and away the most elegant. It gets even better; the bag is fully waterproof and is membraned with a rugged recycled fabric. The bag has three main compartments for your gear and multiple pockets within those. Each compartment serves a different purpose and allows you to keep all of your stuff organized and tucked away neatly. The shoulder straps are padded for those longer commute days, and a hydration pocket can fit a 1L Nalgene water bottle. The bag offers a ton of easy-access zip options and is perfect for that person who is constantly on the go.
PRICE: $149, currently on sale for $80-100
BRANDON: If you’re pretty stoked about the MTW Backpack, Moment offers a little something extra for creators. Whether you’re a content creator like me or even just looking for a little bit more organizational space, the 5L Camera Insert is a suitable solution and an easy accessory add-on. This isn’t like your traditional camera insert; instead, it’s sort of more like its own optional cube, which means it can be easily stowed away in or out of the bag and zips up nicely to protect camera gear and lenses.
Beyond that, it acts nicely as an additional compartment section where you can stow wires, cameras, and other small tech or running nutrition items. This piece is really nice to have but, of course, isn’t a necessity. However, after reviewing it and giving it a shot, I’m happier I have it than not. Oh, did I mention it’s also waterproof? Yep, that means everything inside will stay dry, which is pretty amazing. For $60, the camera insert is a perfect way to safely and securely protect and store any camera gear or valuables you may have.

BRANDON: You probably don’t think about a tech organizer very often, but once you have it, you’ll probably wonder how you lived without it. I’m currently sitting at my desk with my laptop open, and directly to my right is my MTW Tech Organizer. I seriously can’t leave the house without it, no matter what. It’s kind of like a packing cube, but smaller and just for tech. Before I discovered packing cubes, I’d shove everything in my suitcase and, no matter what, the clothing or cable I was looking for would always end up buried. Once I adopted the cube lifestyle, my organizational skills became top-notch. The same goes for this organizer.
Before this pack, I would rummage through my backpack looking for SD cards, lens caps, SD Drives, earbuds, you name it. Anything that was smaller than my hand would just immediately get lost in the abyss of my backpack. Once I got this tech organizer from Moment, the entire flow of my day changed, and all of a sudden, everything was accessible and at my fingertips. The pack is versatile, low profile, and comes in two different sizes. This is perfect for cord management and a handy way to store loose items. For only $50 and on sale right now, this MTW Tech Organizer is worth every penny.
PRICE: $59, on sale for $49
BRANDON: When I first tested this bag, I was hesitant. Not because I was questioning the quality or the brand but because I knew how much weight would be on my back for all of the hiking I was about to do through parts of the Shenandoah Valley for two days. I’m happy to report back that this bag really did the trick for me.
My biggest priority was making sure that all of my camera equipment was stored safely, and this bag does exactly that. The Strohl Mountain Light 45L Backpack endured the mud, rain, and wind with ease. Sure, it got a bit dirty, but it was easily able to store my clothing, tent, trail running shoes, and camera equipment. The best part was the chest and hip straps allowed me to run, walk and hike, all with the correct posture and no pain. This pack is lightweight and nimble and provides all of the zipper pockets needed for a perfect trip. For my next trail run or hike, this bag is coming with me.
PRICE: $249, on sale for $199
BRANDON: Moment makes some incredible travel bags, and this sling is indeed good. However, it’s not as good as the rest, and kinda hard to justify over some of the options mentioned above. Here’s the thing — I’m personally not a huge fan of sling bags, so my opinion doesn’t really come from a fair starting point. If you love sling bags, then this will be perfect for you. The Rugged Sling 10L is great for anyone just trying to grab an option lighter than a backpack for life on the go. For me, it’s just enough space to carry the essential camera gear I need for content on the fly. It has multiple pockets and pouches for camera equipment and whatever else you might need.
The good news is that you can manipulate the pockets to make the sling into whatever fits your style of organization. This bag thrives when you need to be active and fast and can hold a small tablet, camera, some tech gear, or even snacks if you’re feeling hungry. The exterior, much like all Moment products, is waterproof, so don’t worry if a rainstorm rolls through; your items will be safe. The only downside to this bag is that it feels a bit bulky to walk around with and is sometimes just a bit too big at 10L. There are two size options, so I recommend opting for the smaller 6L size.
PRICE: $99 for the 6L, $119 for the 10L
